Deck the Halls

Our Second Annual Deck the Halls is on December 3!  Last year’s event was a great success, raising close to $14,000.  We need volunteers to make this event even better!

Here’s how you can help:

  • Do you have 30 minutes?  Volunteer to sell Event Tickets and Raffles after one of the weekend Masses in November.  We need 4 volunteers for about 30 minutes after each Mass (Masses are Saturday 5 pm, Sunday 9, 10:30, and noon)
  • Do you have an hour or more on Saturday, December 2? We need help setting up and decorating the Hall the day before the event, from 10-2.  Come at any time, stay as long as you can!
  • Will you be at the event? We will need volunteers at the event to check people in, sell raffles and 50/50, and help clean up. You will still be able to enjoy the festivities!

All volunteers will receive a Dress Down Pass for your student(s)!
