Hot lunch will be served at 11:30AM for all students. There will be Extended Care from 12:30PM-5:30PM.

Feast of the Immaculate Conception

Please be advised that school will be closed on Friday, December 8th for the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. There will be Masses at 9am and 12pm at Our Lady of Mercy Parish. There will also be a Vigil Mass on Thursday, December 7th at 7:30pm. Confirmation will be at 5pm.

OLMCA’s Toy Drive

We are again collecting toys and baby items for the children served by two charities we have worked with in the past: The Bridge to Life and Catholic Charities. Our goal is 100 toys/items! The age range for toys is from infant through pre-teen; baby items including diapers/pull-ups and pajamas for newborns through toddler are also needed.

Items can be dropped off in front of the School Office until Friday, December 14th.

We welcome volunteers to help sort on a weekly basis (this is a great opportunity for service hours for our students). If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Kathryn Bourgoine at  [email protected]

Deck the Halls 2023 is in the Books!

We are so grateful for the wonderful support from our OLM Community!  Our Second Annual Deck the Halls was a sold-out success!  We raised enough to cover 33 months of tuition for students in need! Without you, we would not be able to continue to give the gift of a Catholic Education to families in our Academy--thank you!  We look forward to seeing you next year, and wish you a very Blessed Christmas!

Holiday Boutique

We will be holding our annual Christmas shop from Monday, December 11th - Wednesday, December 13th. We are currently looking for volunteers to come and help run the shop! If you are interested in volunteering and Virtus trained, please e-mail Paula Deist at [email protected]. We need your support to make this event a continued success!

Save the Date: 8th Grade and Kindergarten Family Mass

Sunday, December 10 at 10:30am

Our Lady of Mercy will hold family masses on the first Sunday of each month to celebrate our faith in community. Hospitality will follow in the parish hall after mass for the grade level. Each month will be hosted by a different grade of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Academy. All faiths are welcome.

Our next Family Mass will be on Sunday, December 10th at 10:30am. Our Kindergarten and 8th Grade students will be our hosts.

HAA’s Breakfast with Santa

Saturday, December 16th

Tickets will go on sale for our annual Breakfast with Santa next week! Delicious hot food and Christmas crafts included! This is sure to be a HOLLY-JOLLY event. Be sure to invite all your family members and friends. We look forward to sharing the Christmas spirit with you all!

Thank you to all of the parents and family members that have offered to donate something to the party. We are asking for all donations to be delivered to the school office by Friday, December 15th at 3PM. If you would still like to volunteer or donate for this event, please contact Mrs. Lillian Coca at [email protected] to share your ideas or learn how you can help.

Sincerely,
