Principal Newsletter 3.22.23

Dear Parents and Guardians,

St. Joseph’s Art Competition

The Co-Cathedral of Saint Joseph, The Tablet, and the Archbishop John Hughes Council of the Knights of Columbus invited students across the Diocese of Brooklyn to express their faith through art by participating in the 2023 St. Joseph – Father of Jesus Art Contest.

We are excited to announce that Leah Struss in Second Grade won third prize for the competition. Leah received her prize last Thursday at a special ceremony. Leah’s artwork truly captured the theme and spirit of St. Joseph. Over 800 entries were submitted and OLMCA led the way with over 150 entries. As a result, we won a $500 prize! Congratulations, Leah! We are so proud of all your students!
