We will resume the letter of the week when we return from Easter break. 

Monday
Spring: Cut and paste 5 pictures that represent the season of spring. Turn and talk to discuss specific facts about two pictures.
Name Practice: Practice writing your first and last name with a crayon 5x.
Math: Draw and count: 1 butterfly, 2 flowers, 3 suns, 4 clouds and 5 ladybugs.

Tuesday
Spring: Create your own “Spring Web Chart”, identifying things that represent spring.
Name Practice: Practice writing your first and last name with a marker 5x.
Math: Practice identifying numbers 1-10.

Wednesday
Spring: Draw a picture that represents the season of spring.
Name Practice: Practice writing your first and last name with a pencil 5x.
Math: Draw and count: 6 butterflies, 7 flowers, 8 suns, 9 clouds and 10 ladybugs.

Thursday
Spring: Draw a picture describing your favorite thing about the season of spring?
Name Practice: Practice writing your first name with a crayon 10x.
Math: Practice identifying numbers 1-10.

Friday
Spring: Draw 5 objects that represent the season of spring. Turn and talk to discuss specific facts about two pictures.
Name Practice: Practice writing your last name 10x.
Math: Draw and count: 10 sunflowers

Fun Spring Activities:

  • Prepare a garden. (Windowsill/Outdoor)

  • Make a healthy snack: Some ideas-carrots/celery with hummus, fruit smoothie or a salad. 

  • Create your own story about spring.
