It was wonderful to see so many of you on Zoom today. I enjoyed hearing your responses to our Read Aloud! I think you had wonderful ideas about what you would like to plant in your own garden!

I emailed all of you today with details about the next few days. We will not schedule any Zoom meetings for next week but I will be available through email. I will reach out often to give you some additional resources. I look forward to resuming our online meetings on April 20th!

April 7, 2020

Good Morning all,

I was so happy to see all of you on Zoom yesterday. You did a great job describing the parts of a plant!  I look forward to seeing you all tomorrow for our Read Aloud session at 11:30a.m.

Yesterday I emailed some activities for the children to work on. I will be emailing more materials tomorrow. I am very proud of the children and I want to thank each parent for being so supportive!

Continue to think about Plants. Ask questions like:  What plant/flower do you like best? Why?     What do plants need?   Can you name the parts of a plant?    What plants can you observe when you look out of your window, go for a walk or look in a book or online? Are plants living things? Can you name some other living things?

Thanks! Have a Great Day! Be Safe!
