State of the Academy


This is a friendly reminder that on Thursday, January 16 at 6:30p.m. there will be a State of the Academy Meeting. During this meeting, you will have an opportunity to meet members of the School Board.  You will hear an informative presentation about current happenings and our plan for continuous improvement. The meeting will be conducted in the school gym. Please enter through the side door. We look forward to seeing all of you there.


Re-registration for 2020-2021


Priority registration for current students and their relatives will begin on Tuesday, January 14. Families must be current on this year’s tuition to register for next year. It is imperative that you return the form as soon as possible to ensure that your child has a seat for the 2020-2021 school year. 

Financial Aid

Financial aid applications for students in Grades K-8, who attend a Brooklyn or Queens School or Academy will be open on Monday, January 13. Once you have registered for next year, you can apply online for a Diocesan scholarship. Families who apply during the first round are the only ones eligible for the maximum scholarship. World’s Finest Chocolate Sale (Nursery, K-8)


Our school will be conducting our only mandatory fundraising candy sale starting on Tuesday, January 14. We will be selling World’s Finest Chocolate Products – truly delicious chocolates that have been sold for years by schools and organizations. One taste will tell you where they got their name and you are sure to find people in your neighborhood who have been World’s Finest fans for years. Professional Day for Nursery, Grades K-8

Friday, January 17, 2020


There is no school for students in Nursery and Grades K-8. Teachers and teacher aides will be attending a workshop on Friday, January 17. School is still in session for students in Pre-K. There is Early Morning Drop-off and Extended Care for students in Pre-K. There is no school on Monday, January 20 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.


Scholastic Book Fair

Below is the class schedule for the upcoming Scholastic Book Fair. The fair will run from January 22nd – January 24th. Additionally, the book fair will be open on Sunday, January 26th from 9 am to 1 pm to kick off Catholic Schools Week!
