Happy December! We hope that you and your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

We will be having our monthly school mass on Friday, December 6 at 8:30a.m. At this special Friday mass, we will have a special ring ceremony for our eighth grade students. We hope that you can join us. Please read on for important updates.

Parent Teacher Conferences (Nursery-8)

Thursday, December 5

Conferences are for students in Grades Nursery-8. Report Cards will be distributed on Thursday, December 5. Conferences will be conducted from 1-3PM and 6-8PM. Please note that accounts must be fully up to date for you to receive your child’s report card. Courtesy letters have been sent to families that are not fully up to date. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the office. Dismissal will be at 12:30PM for all students. Hot lunch will be served at 11:30AM for all students. There will be Extended Care until 6PM.

 

  • The Lost & Found items will be placed in the lobby; please look through it. Any unclaimed items will be donated to charity by December 6th. 
  • The Uniform Exchange will also be available for purchase and drop off. Please take a look at our gently used uniforms donated by other students, or donate some of your own. 
  • The HAA Committees are still accepting volunteers and sign up sheets will be available. 

Breakfast with Santa

Saturday, December 7th

Tickets are still available for Breakfast with Santa! Delicious hot food and Christmas crafts included! This is sure to be a  HOLLY-JOLLY event. Be sure to invite all your family members and friends. We look forward to sharing the Christmas spirit with you all!  

Thank you to all of the parents and family members that have offered donate something t the party. We are asking for all donations to be delivered to the school office by Friday, December 6th at 3PM. Christmas Toy Drive

Help make a child smile this holiday season! Donate a new, unwrapped toy by Monday, December 16.  Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Academy will collect the toys and deliver them to Catholic Charities. Your donations will directly benefit the less fortunate and bring the Christmas spirit to children across the city.

Christmas Boutique

Our Christmas Shop invites your children to have a fun filled time of shopping for family and friends.

Gifts range from $1.00-$10.00 for family members of all ages!
